Church CRM is free. SMS is the one paid service, because every message costs money to deliver through the mobile networks.
Price per SMS part
UGX 35
Deducted from your church's SMS wallet. Minimum top-up UGX 5,000.
Messages are delivered through sms.ug. You buy credit with MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money and your wallet is credited once the payment is confirmed by the provider.
Churches with no SMS credit keep full use of every other feature.
How a message is counted
Networks bill by SMS part, not by message:

Example: a 200-character plain message to 100 people is 2 parts × 100 recipients = 200 parts = UGX 7,000. The composer shows the exact count and cost before you confirm, and people who opted out are never charged for.
