The service
Church CRM is a church management platform provided free of charge by Kitimba Technologies. Core features carry no subscription fee and are not divided into paid tiers. SMS messages are charged per SMS part from a prepaid wallet at the price shown before each send. Donations are voluntary and do not change what the service provides.
Your church's account
- The person who registers confirms they are authorised to act for the church.
- The church is responsible for the staff it invites, the roles it gives them and the accuracy of the records it keeps.
- The church must have a lawful basis for the personal information it records and must obtain consent before sending SMS messages to people.
- Keep passwords private. Tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
Acceptable use
Do not use Church CRM to send unsolicited, misleading or abusive messages, to store information unrelated to the church's legitimate activities, or to try to reach another church's records. We may suspend an account for security or abuse reasons; suspension does not delete the church's records, and the church may ask us to review the decision.
SMS credit and payments
SMS credit is added to the wallet once the payment provider confirms the payment. Credit is used only for messages and is not a deposit or bank balance. Messages that the provider does not accept are refunded to the wallet. Delivery to a handset depends on the mobile networks and cannot be guaranteed.
Your data
The church owns its records. You may export them at any time and ask for your account to be closed. See the privacy policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Church CRM available and secure, and take regular backups, but the free service is provided as is. Keep your own exports of records you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, Kitimba Technologies is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the application before they take effect.
